Sarah Quigley Interior Designer

"The best part of designing for me are the friendships I have made along the way and the joy that fresh new interiors bring to a client and me.”

Sarah launched her design business, Q Interiors in 2007, following a three year part-time job working for a very talented local designer in New Jersey.  When a friend of Sarah’s asked her to assist her in the re-decoration of her home on the sidelines of a soccer game, this was just the impetus Sarah needed to start her own business.

Always interested in fashion and interiors, Sarah’s first job out of college was  working for the Ralph Lauren  Corporation. Starting out as a receptionist on the men’s sales floor, Sarah rose through the ranks and ended up as a director of marketing. This ended up being a successful eleven year career. In her spare time, she worked at Charlotte Moss’s unique home store on Lexington Avenue.

Sarah’s design aesthetic can be classified as “refined traditional" mixed with transitional elements, to make spaces more sophisticated and current. She loves a mix of old and new in a room to give it balance.

Her work is a true collaboration with her clients. It’s all about making a home a beautiful, livable space.
